Head up to Crescent Bay Farm to see the sugar bush in action. Activities include a walking maple sugar history tour up Fox Hill for adults with farmer Nick Lane, as well as a special maple-themed exploration of the sugar bush for kids at with SHLT staff Guy Maguire. Both start at 10:00. Afterwards, head over to the sugar house to enjoy a taste of maple syrup, enjoy some maple activities, and get a tour of the sugar making operation, and see the journey of sap becoming sweet maple syrup.

Meet at Snow Farm Vineyard for the adults’ walk and kids’ exploration or head straight to the sugar house at Crescent Bay Farm to watch the sugar-making. The walk and children’s activities will run from 10:00 AM - 11:30 AM. The sugar house will be open from 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM both Saturday and Sunday. Check Snow Farm’s facebook page for more information the day of.  Maple syrup is available for sale inside the tasting room in a variety of sizes.

 If you are coming to take a tour please come ready for mud season with proper clothing and footwear. The Maple orchard is located on the hill behind the Vineyard and is part of Snow Farm’s agricultural landscape.
