Speaker Bio: Jaclyn Major has a degree in culinary arts. She has worked in New York City, Maine, and Vermont as a restaurant chef. Jackie has appeared in many local and national food publications along with Food Network appearances for her work at Butch & Babe’s. And most notably, she is a chef instructor for the Grand Isle Country Supervisory Union summer camps at Folsom.
