Come visit the SHLT tent at Harvest Fest for tastings and a unique cooking demo featuring RISE VT! RISE is bringing their smoothie bike to help us use fresh ingredients by local vendors to make gazpacho!

So come on down October 6 at the Saint Rose of Lima Church in South Hero for this interactive cooking demonstration, tasting and fun agriculture and nature-themed art activities and games for kids.  You’ll get to taste the recipes, take home recipe cards, and shopping lists and where at the market they can pick up ingredients.
