Kimchi Making with Julia Irish of Pitchfork Pickle
Kimchi is an amazing ferment that can spice up any meal. We'll discuss basic rules, tips and tricks of fermentation with a focus on kimchi, then test them out by making your own custom (vegan) kimchi to take home home.
This class is great for the complete novice, the beginning fermenter who might have a few questions based on their experience, and those looking to add a skill to their kitchen arsenal.
