Green Up South Hero is an annual event that brings the community together to keep South Hero town clean and litter-free.

As part of this event, SHLT is hosting a clean-up and tree-planting event at the South Hero Rec Park. This is a great option for families with young children who may not want to be along a road, and as an overflow event for anyone who might not be assigned a road section.

We are also hosting our free Annual Volunteer Appreciation BBQ from 11:30 am to 1:00 pm at Folsom. All are welcome to come together and enjoy some good food and community.
