syrup as we get a tour of scenic Fox Hill with naturalist Alicia Daniel and the crew at Crescent Bay Farm, see the sugar-making operation, learn to tap a tree, and see the journey of sap becoming sweet maple syrup. 

After the hike, stick around at Snow Farm Winery for VT Maple Open House weekend festivities, including a sugar-making demonstration and more!
