SHLT is partnering with Folsom School to offer TWO outdoor-based camps at the South Hero Recreation Park this summer! We are excited to exploring the pond, forests, and meadows at the Park with students from Grand Isle County, while doing fun activities and games to deepen our appreciation for the natural world, learn nature and survival skills, and have a good time!

Schedule: We will be hosting 2 one-week summer programs for Grand Isle County students. Each camp is a half-day program, from 8 AM-12 PM. July 12-16 was geared toward students in grades 3-4 and the upcoming camp on August 9-13 is geared for students in grades 5-8.

Spots Available: We have a few more spots left in the August 9-13 camp, but encourage your to sign up your student as soon as possible!

Learn More: The camps are free for any student who is a resident of South Hero or the other Islands towns. Snacks are provided. Contact us if you have questions or concerns about transportation options.

Please note: The web form can be completed online. The liability waiver is an interactive pdf you can enter basic information into, then print, sign, and bring to the start of camp. Or, you can scan and email a signed copy to guy@shlt.org. We will also have copies of the waiver available to sign on the first day of camp.
